What we collect

This website has no forms and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts are served from our own website.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes visitors' IP addresses and technical information about their browser in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attack. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie for this purpose. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we hold your name, contact details, the content of your message and any information you send us about a site or project.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, to assess and carry out work for you, and to keep records of our business. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or, where we act for you, the performance of a contract.

Sharing

We share information only where you agree, where it is needed to carry out work for you (for example with specialist consultants working under our instruction), with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website host, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within two years. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as needed for legal, insurance and accounting purposes, normally up to seven years after the work ends.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
